As a Business Development Agency, we help organizations take control of their sales, marketing, and communications programs to expand and extend their reach. On-Going Support
Our most basic and useful service is our BizDev Advisor program, where for a low monthly commitment a firm receives a set number of hours from our team to provide on-going advice as well as implementing any agreed to programs.
Upfront
Initially a setup phase will be conducted to set alpha data points and clearly outline objectives.
Weekly
On a weekly basis you will, depending upon your agreed to preferences, have an on-site or virtual meeting with your primary consultant.
Monthly
Monthly or quarterly, depending upon client size and complexity, the AlertSource executive team will review progress of the client's program as well as brainstorm ideas for improving their business. A monthly report of actions will be provided.
Annually
An annual program review is conducted and report provided to the client outlining the degree of success of the program overall, as well as an updated plan for the proceeding year.
One-Off Projects
Beyond the day to day assistance of your business through the advisor program, clients may find that they require one-off projects where additional resources must be brought in to complete immediate requirements. AlertSource provides this by making its executives available as needed or bringing in outsourced specialists as required. All one-off projects are negotiated seperately at competitive rates.
